On Monday, we review for the test, we watched some videos about different topics and we needed to answer some questions, we did one about scientific method, characteristics of life, variables, etc.

On Wednesday, we had the exam.

On Friday we went to the Lab, and it was pretty fun, I really enjoy it, we did different experiments, we boiled water, put different ingredients to different solutions, and they changed into different colors.

On Monday, we needed to choose between different topics and theory and made an slid and explain it in teams of four, we choose the most interesting one, the big bang, we research what was the theory about, key events of it, and who create it.

On Wednesday each team presented their own topic, we we the second time to presented, I explain that the Big Bang theory was about that the universe began as a simple point and then it started to expand and growth up to right now.

Last but not list on Friday we did an activity about analysing a text/article about the organisms and its characteristics, such as, reproduction, growth and evolution, adaptation, etc…

On Monday in Biology class the teacher tought us how to analyse a scientific experiment, how to identify the different variables and their subtypes, how to identify the objective and the results. She also told us that we were gonna have an exam on Wednesday.

On Wednesday we had the exam, it was kind of difficult and stressful, because I didn’t understood really well.

On Friday, the teacher taught us some stuff, and later on we had an activity about analysing a scientific experiment and a meta analysis, it was kind of hard to find them because you needed to pay for the PDF, but at the end of the class we found some.

On the first day of week #2 in the class, the teacher showed us how to create this blog, and how it works, she said that he need to do one per week, later on we saw some topis

On the second day we did an activity about an article, it was in teams of 3, in my team was Cons Galvan, Marlene, and me, about the article we needed to answer some questions.

On the third day, Friday, we went to the lab to do a practice and realize an experiment about the microscope, later on we needed to answer some questions and observations.

On the first day, the teacher showed us all the course, rules, activities and projects. Some of the rules were that plagiarism in not allowed no matter what, no cellphones if they are not asked for. She explained us the activities we are gonna realize in the course. And finally she taught us our future projects.

On the second day, the class was in the library ( Biblioteca Sur). we learned about how to find books and how they are categorized. They taught us how to use the database and the online website for books, articles, and magazines. later on we did an activity about how to organize books and categorize them. For home work the did a repot about all this class.

On the third day,the teacher taught us the Scientific Method. We learned about how to realize an hypothesis, what is the scientific fact, how to do an observation, all the steps for the scientific method and their principles, how to approach it, execute it, and report it. We also worked in pairs, we did a activity and answered some questions about an interesting fenome (hail).
